What does "free beta" mean?

How does Email Intelligence connect to my account?
You provide your ActiveCampaign URL (e.g., youraccount.activehosted.com) and authorize access via API key. The app runs outside AC and writes fields and segments directly into your account. Nothing is installed inside the platform and no internal automations are created.
Will this impact my ActiveCampaign performance?
No. Email Intelligence operates outside ActiveCampaign. It reads activity data and writes to custom fields, but doesn't create automations, doesn't bulk-tag, and doesn't change settings. Your operation continues exactly as it is.
Does it work with any ActiveCampaign plan?
Yes. Email Intelligence is compatible with all plans that offer API access and custom fields, including Starter, Plus, Professional and Enterprise.
Is my contact data safe?
Yes. Email Intelligence does not permanently store contact data on its own servers. Processing happens to compute the metrics and results are written directly to the custom fields in your own ActiveCampaign account. The connection is made via AC's official API with restricted key access.
How long does it take to work?
Installation takes less than 5 minutes. Initial processing depends on the size of your base, but in most cases the fields and segments are populated and working the next day.
What happens when the beta ends?
Email Intelligence will have paid plans. Beta participants will have priority access and special pricing terms in the transition. You'll be notified in advance. Nothing changes overnight.
